Guests will be charged a $30 Administration Fee for booking cancellations and one nights accommodation if they cancel within 48 hours of arrival. Guests will be charged a prepayment of one nights accommodation following a reservation confirmation and the balance of the booking will be charged against the nominated banking card on the day of arrival. Rooms are a Smoke-Free Environments - a fee will be charged for smoked odour or any smoke A replacement and/or repair fee will be charged for lost or damaged items, fittings or structures.
